Operational Command Skhid (East) has reported that Ukraine's defence forces are firmly holding their positions in Myrnohrad, near Pokrovsk in Donetsk Oblast, preventing Russian forces from gaining footholds on the outskirts, and that logistics for Ukrainian units remain well maintained.

Quote from Operational Command East: "The enemy is also attempting to attack in the vicinity of Myrnohrad. Units of the defence forces are firmly holding their positions and giving the enemy no chance of gaining a foothold on the outskirts.

Logistics for Ukrainian units are complicated, but are being maintained at the required level."

Details: Operational Command East added that Ukrainian forces are continuing search-and-destroy operations in Pokrovsk to locate and wipe out Russian troops. Russian forces are attempting to infiltrate the northern outskirts of the city, but to no avail.

"Ukraine's defence forces are operating right inside the city, identifying and wiping out the enemy. Our assault groups are carrying out a mopping-up operation building by building. Particular attention is being paid to identifying and destroying enemy UAV crews," Operational Command East said.

Meanwhile, DeepState reports that Myrnohrad is at risk of operational encirclement, with all logistical routes potentially falling under full Russian fire advantage or physical control. The entire area around Myrnohrad where Ukrainian defence units are stationed is also at risk.

"At present, the enemy is observed attempting to entrench itself on the eastern outskirts of the city, carrying out assaults along the Novoekonomichne-Mykolaivka-Myroliubivka-Kozatske line. Soldiers report that logistics within the city are virtually non-existent, occasionally mitigated by bad weather, and getting anywhere is a matter of luck," DeepState reports.

The analysts added that "enemy infiltration into Pokrovsk continues, with Russian troops being detected and destroyed across nearly all parts of the city". However, Pokrovsk is not encircled – the only infiltration point remains the southern part of the settlement.
