Details: Horbunov said the Russians had used a fibre-optic FPV attack drone. There were no casualties, but Proliska's armoured vehicle, which is used to evacuate civilians, was damaged.
"Early reports indicate that the strike hit the vehicle directly in the course of a humanitarian mission. There were humanitarian aid workers inside, but fortunately they were not injured. The vehicle sustained significant mechanical damage," Horbunov said.
Austrian journalist Christian Wehrschütz said he had been travelling through Donetsk Oblast with staff from the Ukrainian NGO Proliska and a Spanish journalist. The team had been planning to film an evacuation taking place in Kostiantynivka.
Ukrainian volunteer Yevhen Tkachov has released a video of the drone attack. He described the weapon as a fibre-optic FPV drone equipped with an anti-tank charge that penetrated the lightly armoured vehicle.
