Putin again states that "Europe wants war," as if no one has read Orwell and doesn't understand that it's a lie.Why does he do this?The answer must be sought in the Kremlin's communication technologies."Putin is simultaneously waging hybrid aggression against the EU — cyberattacks, sabotage, interference in elections, steps to split NATO — and at the same time says that 'Europe is inciting it.'"This is imposing a frame in which Europe finds itself trapped in a false choice: to fight back means to "provoke" escalation, not to respond means to endure further attacks and remain silent on statements.The task is simple — to control the narrative, devalue voices that demand increased security, and divide societies from within. And as long as this frame is tolerated, Russia continues to expand its zone of aggression, blaming others for its consequences.The only way to break this frame is to call aggression by its name. Europe is not "at risk of war." Hybrid threats, reflexive control, and "active measures" are the beginning of war. It is already at the doorstep.
