Quote: "Another difficult November, just like a year ago, when the enemy managed to push forward in many areas. The enemy's greatest success was near Huliaipole, accounting for 40% of all advances, while the stretch from Huliaipole to Horikhove saw just 16% of assault actions."
The situation is challenging near Pokrovsk-Myrnohrad, which accounts for 32.5% of all enemy attacks. The katsaps have taken 35 sq km in and around Pokrovsk and 21.5 sq km near Myrnohrad. In total, that's 56.5 sq km, representing just 11% of all advances." ["Katsap" is a derogatory term for Russians used in Ukraine – ed.]
Details: In September, Russian forces occupied 259 sq km, rising to 267 sq km in October.
DeepState said Russian advances showed no unusual activity on other fronts.
"In total, the katsaps carried out 5,990 assault actions in November – since last November, the only month with more was last December, and this is the highest monthly figure this year," the analysts reported.
DeepState also reported on Monday 1 December that Russian forces have advanced near Rivnopillia and Huliaipole in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
Background: On 13 November, the Defence Forces of Ukraine's South reported that Ukrainian troops had halted the advance of Russian soldiers on the Huliaipole axis in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
