Russian forces attacked residential areas of the city of Kramatorsk in Donetsk Oblast on 1 December, injuring four people.

Quote: "At least four people have been injured as a result of the strike on Kramatorsk. This time, Russian forces hit an apartment block. This is yet another deliberate strike on civilians, yet another attempt to kill, destroy and intimidate."

Details: Filashkin added that all the relevant services are working at the scene of the strike and that information about the aftermath of the attack is still being gathered

Honcharenko later clarified, citing early reports, that four people have been injured in the Russian attack on the residential area – two men aged 74 and 71 as well as two women aged 78 and 73.

Filashkin has urged residents of Donetsk Oblast to evacuate to safer oblasts.

Background:

• Four people were killed and the number of injured rose to 40 due to a Russian missile strike on the city of Dnipro on 1 December.
• On the morning of the same day, one person was killed and five were injured in Russian strikes on Sumy and Kherson oblasts.
