Zelenskyy to make his first official visit to Ireland after meeting with Macron

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is scheduled to arrive in Ireland on Tuesday 2 December on his first official visit, accompanied by First Lady Olena Zelenska.

Details: Zelenskyy is expected to arrive in Ireland on 2 December. His visit will feature a bilateral meeting with Taoiseach (Prime Minister) Micheál Martin as well as talks with newly elected President Catherine Connolly.
"President Zelenskyy is also expected to address a sitting of the joint Houses of the Oireachtas," RTE said. [The Houses of the Oireachtas refers to Ireland's national parliament, made up of the Dáil and Seanad – ed.]
During his visit, he is scheduled to participate in several other events, including the opening of the Ireland-Ukraine Economic Forum, which will also be attended by Irish Deputy Prime Minister Simon Harris and Minister for Foreign Affairs Helen McEntee.

- On 1 December, Zelenskyy is on a visit to France, where a meeting with President Emmanuel Macron is set to begin very shortly (at 11:00 Kyiv time).
- American media reports, citing Ukrainian sources, indicate that Rustem Umierov, Secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defence Council, will travel to Paris to brief Zelenskyy on the results of the 30 November talks in Florida with Trump's team regarding the terms of a peace agreement to end the Russo-Ukrainian war.
