Russians attack energy, port and railway infrastructure in Ukraine

Russia conducted drone strikes on port infrastructure in Odesa Oblast on the night of 16-17 November.

Details: The attack damaged port equipment and several civilian vessels docked at the quays. Power outages occurred in one of the ports, but power engineers are working on restoring electricity.
Kuleba reported that no casualties had been recorded. All the appropriate services are at the scene to extinguish fires and deal with the aftermath.
In addition, around 30,000 residents of Donetsk Oblast were left without water supply and about 20,000 without heating due to the Russian strikes on critical infrastructure. Repair work is ongoing.
Meanwhile, missile strikes on residential buildings in Balakliia in Kharkiv Oblast killed 3 people and injured 10.
Kuleba added that the Russians had conducted strikes on energy facilities in the oblast.
He noted that drone strikes had damaged railway infrastructure in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, with no casualties reported.
Background : On the night of 16-17 November, Russian forces attacked Balakliia in Kharkiv Oblast, launching two missile strikes on residential areas in the central part of the city.
