Participants heard briefings from Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and the Foreign Intelligence Service on Russia's ability to continue the war and its plans for the coming months.

At this point, Russia has failed to meet yet another deadline set by Putin for the capture of Pokrovsk and Kupiansk, and those deadlines have been pushed back once again..
Oleh Ivashchenko [Head of Ukraine's Foreign Intelligence Service] reported on the political situation in Russia, the mood in their society and in the circle surrounding the head of the aggressor state, as well as on the economic situation. The conclusions have been drawn."
Details: Zelenskyy noted that meeting participants identified the key areas of Ukraine's defence for the coming weeks and that the plan for winter defensive measures will be expanded.
Quote: "We will continue applying our long-range sanctions as well – our special services, and primarily the Security Service of Ukraine, as well as the Ukrainian army, have the relevant tasks. We are preparing to coordinate our diplomatic efforts with key partners, taking into account the updated assessments of the situation. We are setting up measures that can ensure a boost in diplomatic activity."
