Russian drones have struck and severely damaged one of the biomass thermal power plants belonging to Clear Energy, a Ukrainian renewable energy company.

Details: Hrinenko added that there were no casualties as a result of the attack.

Background: On 8 November, Russian forces attacked energy infrastructure facilities in Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Poltava, Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts.
