Part of Kyiv left without power and water

Kyiv is experiencing disruptions to electricity and water supply due to a large-scale Russian attack, with the left bank of the city without power.

Details : Klitschko reported at first that the strikes on critical infrastructure in Kyiv had caused power outages.
He later noted that the situation was particularly difficult on the left bank.
Quote from Klitschko : "The left bank of the capital is without electricity. Problems with water have also been recorded."
Details : Klitschko later added that power engineers were working, but the situation remained challenging.
DTEK announced that the company was already operating to restore electricity, prioritising critical infrastructure facilities.
"As soon as the security situation allows, power engineers will assess the scale of the damage to restore electricity to all homes as quickly as possible," DTEK stated.
Part of Kyiv is also currently without water.
