I welcome the broad support for extending the mandate of our EU military mission, EUMAM, to provide training and consultations inside Ukraine after a ceasefire is in place,” the diplomat said.She recalled that the EU has already trained more than 80,000 soldiers.“And we must be ready to do more. This may include deploying EU instructors to Ukraine’s military academies and institutions,” Kallas noted.“At the same time, our civilian mission can strengthen Ukraine’s resilience against Russian hybrid attacks,” she added.Earlier, it was reported that the United States and European leaders are actively working on a comprehensive security guarantee package for Ukraine.
