Head of the Center for the Study of Occupation, Petro Andriushchenko, reported the incident. From 10:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Russian forces completely blocked traffic on Prymorskyi Boulevard and Lunin Avenue in both directions up to Lunin Square. They only allowed people through if they had local registration and residence permits.During this time, Andriushchenko said, armored vehicles were taken out of the port using both military and “civilian” tractors. Armored vehicles and tanks were spotted, likely heading toward the Zaporizhzhia region.“This is the first time we’ve recorded the full use of the port as a military port since the start of the occupation,” Andriushchenko said. “The Russians are changing their logistics due to problems in the Zaporizhzhia region. As a result, the military importance of the port of Berdiansk will decline, while the port of Mariupol will become more significant.”
