TASS reported the information, citing Russian emergency services.Pilavov headed the occupation administration of Luhansk from 2014 to 2023.Astra and RIA Novosti earlier reported about the explosion in the city center, near the local history museum, where an exhibition dedicated to the Potok operation was being opened.According to preliminary data from propagandists, one person was killed and two were injured in the explosion.The so-called occupation leadership of the city later reported that the number of injured had risen to three.For reference: Operation Potok was an operation in which the Russian soldiers exited through a gas pipeline into the rear of Ukrainian forces, which took place on March 8, 2025, during the Russian operation in the Kursk region.Ukrainian-made UJ-26 drones, better known as Bober (Beaver), struck a number of Russian vehicles in temporarily occupied Crimea.
