Telegram founder Durov vows to improve messaging app's moderation during trial

During a hearing in a French court, Pavel Durov, the founder of the Telegram messaging app, has promised to take all necessary measures to improve content moderation on his platform.

Durov even claimed that he cooperates with several associations that fight against child exploitation.
However, the judges noted that these initiatives emerged only after Durovs arrest.
It was while I was in police custody that I realised the seriousness of all these facts, the Telegram founder admitted.
