There are already many videos online confirming the successful actions of the Special Operations Forces, so we are publishing information that is now safe to discuss," the analysts emphasized.Ukrainian forces advanced in the area of Radiivka and Kindrashivka, brought Holubivka under fire control, then conducted clearing operations in Myrne and the northwestern outskirts of Kupiansk itself.Confirmation from KhartiaThis information was subsequently confirmed by the press service of the 2nd Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine Khartia.According to the press release, in October-November, Khartia units defeated several battalions and assault groups from the 121st, 122nd motorized rifle regiments and the 30th engineer-sapper regiment of the 68th motorized rifle division, as well as the 27th motorized rifle brigade of the Russian Armed Forces, which operated with support from the 7th unmanned forces regiment and UAV units Rubicon and Judgment Day.Ukrainian forces broke through to the Oskil River north of Kupiansk, completely cutting off the enemy's ground routes. Khartia units liberated Radiivka, Kindrashivka and adjacent forest areas, and also drove Russian forces out of several dozen buildings in the northern quarters of Kupiansk.During the period from September 22 to December 12, Ukrainian units eliminated 1,027 Russian servicemen, wounded 291, and took 13 prisoners."Fighting in the city center is still ongoing, but in time, Ukrainian Kupiansk will be completely liberated. The enemy conducts daily assaults with forces up to platoon strength, but the Defense Forces repel these attacks. All ground access routes to the city are blocked, and all exits from the gas pipeline, previously used by Russian units for maneuvers, are under fire control. The enemy is currently supplied exclusively by drones.Ukrainian forces continue clearing the city under conditions where up to 500 civilians still remain in Kupiansk, whom the Russian side is attempting to use as a "human shield."
