Russian troops have executed a Ukrainian prisoner of war in the settlement of Sviato-Pokrovske, the Bakhmut district, Donetsk Oblast.

Details: DeepState has found that this incident occurred in the village of Sviato-Pokrovske, situated south of Siversk.

The analysts note that a video posted by Russian sources shows a Russian military assault group capturing a Ukrainian soldier. The soldier emerges from cover with his hands raised, then is immediately shot with an automatic weapon and falls dead on the doorstep of a house.

DeepState also draws attention to the location of the video.

Quote: "The location is of additional interest, as the enemy is already operating across the Bakhmutka River. Furthermore, it is currently challenging to assess the real situation in Siversk."
