President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that in parallel with the work of the Ukrainian delegation in Switzerland, Ukraine is working to strengthen its air defence.

Quote: "Already today [23 November – ed.] , our advisors will be working in Switzerland with representatives of the United States, Germany, France and the United Kingdom.

But in parallel with the diplomatic track, we must do everything to strengthen our defence against such wicked Russian attacks. It is extremely important to speed up the implementation of all our agreements with partners regarding air defence systems and missiles for them."

Details: Zelenskyy reported that the Russians have launched more than 1,050 attack drones, almost 1,000 guided aerial bombs and over 60 missiles of various types against Ukraine this week.

Background: Yesterday Zelenskyy signed a decree establishing a Ukrainian delegation for the negotiating process, headed by Andrii Yermak, Head of the President's Office.
