Repeat drone strike hits Ryazan oil refinery supplying fuel to Moscow

Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces struck the Ryazan oil refinery again on the night of 19-20 November. The facility is one of Russia's largest oil-processing plants and supplies fuel to the Moscow region.

Details: Explosions occurred at the facility, followed by a fire in the area of the secondary oil-processing facilities. The precise consequences of the strike are being clarified.
The attack was carried out at a distance of more than 470 km from Ukraine's state border.
The refinery belongs to Rosneft, which plays an important role in supporting Russia's war effort. Its annual processing capacity is 17 million tonnes of oil (around 6.1% of total Russian refining). The plant produces diesel fuel and TS-1 jet fuel.
A strike was also recorded on a cluster of Russian personnel in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk Oblast. The number of Russian losses is being clarified.
