Espreso correspondent Tetiana Vysotska stated this on Espreso TV."A meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council is beginning in Brussels, and the foreign ministers of all 27 European Union member states have gathered here. The ministers are arriving at the event and approaching the media, and practically every one of them is commenting on the very same topic of the peace plan that was leaked to the media yesterday. Kaja Kallas, the European Union's top diplomat, has already approached the journalists and also said that, 'The first item on our agenda for discussion today is Ukraine and, of course, we will be discussing the latest news, this very peace plan.' But Kaja Kallas has already said that, in fact, she is not aware of any Europeans being involved in the preparation of this plan. By the way, I also listened to the media appearance of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, and he also said that he has no information that anyone, any European leader or any representative of the European Commission, perhaps, or the European Council, participated in the drafting or preparation of this plan," she reported. Tetiana Vysotska noted that this plan was most likely made without the involvement of Europe, and clearly, without the involvement of Ukraine."Regarding what Kaja Kallas said, she emphasized that while any peace efforts are a great thing and the European Union supports any effort to stop the war in Ukraine. But she stressed that it is necessary to remember that in this war there is one aggressor and one victim of aggression. The aggressor is Russia. And Russia could stop the war itself at any moment if it wanted to. It could simply agree to an unconditional ceasefire. And she also announced once again that this issue will now be considered, despite the fact that no one from Washington has yet transmitted the official text of these peace terms, or whatever you call them, to the European Union. This means they will simply talk about what they have read in the media, that is, about the same things that you and I know," she added. On November 19, Axios reported that the White House is quietly working with Moscow on a comprehensive framework to end the war in Ukraine, drawing inspiration from the recent Gaza ceasefire deal.According to Reuters, the U.S. has signaled to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy that Ukraine must accept a U.S.-drafted framework to end the war with Russia that proposes Kyiv giving up territory and some weapons. The author of the Resurgam Telegram channel noted that the leaked details of a purported 28-point peace plan raise suspicions about the motives behind the disclosure and the credibility of sources involved in the negotiations.
