The president of Ukraine was last in Greece in August 2023 to take part in the Ukraine–Balkans summit.

Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis last visited Ukraine in June 2025. He was in the city of Odesa at the Ukraine–South-East Europe summit.
