Frontline situation remains difficult – Ukraine's commander-in-chief names fiercest fighting locations

Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, has reported that the situation on the front line remains difficult, with the fiercest fighting ongoing near seven cities.

Quote: "I have briefed my counterpart on the current situation in the areas of active hostilities. The situation on the front line remains difficult. The fiercest fighting continues in the areas of the cities of Kupiansk, Lyman, Siversk, Kostiantynivka, Pokrovsk, Myrnohrad and Huliaipole."
Details: Syrskyi said that they have discussed key needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including the training of Mirage aircraft pilots, the strengthening of air defence and a number of other important aspects of defence cooperation.
Syrskyi thanked General Mandon and the French Armed Forces for the substantial military support they provided to Ukraine.
