Quote: "We can see that the enemy has changed its tactics and is trying to strike both power generation facilities and electricity transmission and distribution networks simultaneously."
Details: Nekrasov noted that while the system is gradually stabilising, full restoration will take time.
Hourly power outages, as well as power limitation schedules for industry and businesses, are currently in place across most oblasts following a large-scale attack on the night of 7-8 November.
The most difficult situation remains in Kharkiv, Sumy and Poltava oblasts.
Background: On the night of 7-8 November, the Russians struck thermal power plants operated by Centrenergo, a major Ukrainian state-owned energy company, which is reported to have been the heaviest attack since the start of the full-scale invasion.
