And they don't know how to not only properly accompany events with a single voice, but even just normally make news and organize processes.And no single voice, narrative, or common understanding of meanings has been created.Accordingly, even seemingly super-favorable occasions for positive news, such as the arrival of a world cinema superstar in the frontline city of Kherson, turn into epic fails.And to hell with them by themselves.But this is exactly how it turns out that in the 4th year of the war, many citizens of Ukraine have lost an understanding of what is happening.
