Details: At the time of the strike, 2,595 miners were underground.
Emergency workers and mine employees quickly organised the evacuation of all workers to the surface.
Early reports indicate that no one was killed or injured.
Energy Minister Svitlana Hrynchuk said: "Russia continues its energy terror. This latest strike has endangered the lives of thousands of miners. Russia continues to wage war on civilians. The Russians' tactic is clear – to leave Ukrainians without power and heat during the winter."
Background: On 5 November, five guided bomb strikes hit coal industry facilities in Donetsk Oblast, damaging a boiler house and administrative and storage buildings and forcing the plants to shut down.
