ERR reported the information.“Looks like Putin has run out of ideas — calling in Wagner again?” Michal commented.According to Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna, the incident shows that Russia’s “iron” system is cracking under the strain of its own war of aggression and ongoing pressure from the West.“We can also confirm that whatever the Russians try to do on the Narva River, it is happening under our close watch,” Tsahkna said.Wagner PMC fighters who participated in Russia’s war against Ukraine began a march on Moscow in July 2023 under their commander Yevgeny Prigozhin, after he repeatedly blamed the Russian army and Ministry of Defense for failures in the military campaign. The Wagner march on Moscow was stopped, and Prigozhin himself died a few months later in a plane crash in the Tver region. On Sunday, November 2, the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that a Russian border boat flying the flag of the Russian private military company Wagner was spotted on the Narva River.
