Russian forces launched a ballistic missile strike on the city of Mykolaiv at around 07:20 on 1 November.

Details : Local authorities reported that the Russians had fired an Iskander-M missile equipped with a cluster warhead.

One person is known to have been killed and 15 sustained injuries of varying degrees of severity. Among those injured is a child, whose condition doctors describe as moderate.

Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration also added that the attack has damaged a petrol station and several cars.
