I thank the rescuers for their courage,” he wrote.Later, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service clarified that an administrative building was damaged in the city as a result of the nighttime attack.“During firefighting efforts on the roof, a woman born in 1958 was rescued,” the report said.ChernihivAt 12:13 a.m., head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration Dmytro Bryzhynskyi reported the crash of a Russian drone in the central part of the city.The consequences are being clarified.Later, the Chernihiv City Council confirmed that Russian forces attacked one of Chernihiv’s critical infrastructure facilities during the night.“Preliminarily, as a result of the strike, a utility building caught fire. The blaze has been extinguished. No casualties reported,” the statement said.The State Emergency Service added that the drone hit a technical building belonging to an enterprise.The fire was quickly put out, and no injuries were reported.
