Details: Wadephul also noted that Ukraine can rely on Germany at any time.
He is confident that agreement on using Russia's frozen assets to support Ukraine will be reached at the European Union summit in December.
The minister acknowledged that the plan is legally complex, referring to a previous EU summit where no decision was made.
"However, we are proceeding according to plan. I assume that if the [European] Commission presents the relevant plans, a decision can be made in December," Wadephul added.
Background: The EU stated that the issue of using frozen Russian assets to support Ukraine remains on the agenda, and a final decision will be made in December 2025.
