Estonia vows to shoot down Russian drones violating its airspace
He said this at a joint press conference with the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Andrii Sybiha."Yes. As President Trump said, we have to shoot them down if they pose an immediate threat. We have all the protocols and all the capabilities. Estonia has been a part of NATO for over 20 years," the minister emphasized.According to Tsahkna, the Alliance is determined to defend its borders and expects more active cooperation, a strengthened military presence, and coordinated actions in the event of such violations.On September 21, it was reported that Russian MiG-31s, which violated Estonian airspace on September 19, detected signals from Italian F-35s but did not respond to them.
