Quote : "US$70 million is not the budget of a Hollywood blockbuster but the price of 1,000 Shahed drones that never reached their targets. Each of them could have reached Paris, London or Geneva. Together they would have covered an area the size of two football pitches."
Details : According to estimates by the Unmanned Systems Forces, for that amount Russia could have built a modern hospital or paid a year's salary to 17,500 teachers.
The Unmanned Systems Forces also calculated that if 1,000 Shaheds were placed in a single row, they would form a chain 3.5 km long.
"…this 3.5-kilometre chain was turned into scrap metal by operators of the 412th Nemesis Regiment," the Unmanned Systems Forces added.
The video explains in more detail what that figure means for Ukraine and how much terror costs the aggressor.
Background : Earlier, the Unmanned Systems Forces destroyed a Russian Zhytel electronic warfare station. That jamming station is very rare and expensive, so its destruction deals a significant blow to Russia.
