Ukrenergo faces funding shortfall in transmission tariff for paying private solar producers since Aug 2025

According to the results from January to August of 2025, NPC Ukrenergo has already exhausted the funds allocated for the year to pay for electricity produced by private households' SPP (solar power plants). This explains why debts emerged in August.
