A total of 9,607 families have been left without power as a Russian attack left three settlements in the Boryspil district of Kyiv Oblast partially without electricity on 12 October.

Details: Kalashnyk also noted that invincibility centres are operating in the settlements that are currently without power. [Invincibility centre is a heated premises stocked with food and power banks to assist residents facing hardships due to power cuts – ed.]
