Espreso correspondent Natalia Starepravo reported the information.The Foreign Affairs Ministry emphasized that the so-called Hungarian veto is politically motivated and has no logical basis.Ukraine is ready for and continues a dialogue with Budapest to resolve all disputed issues in a bilateral format.Ukraine has declared its readiness to open clusters in the negotiations for accession to the European Union. The process should proceed in sync with Moldova, as Kyiv opposes any attempts to separate the European movement of the two countries.At the same time, Kyiv urges its European partners not to lose time due to the position of Viktor Orbán's government.Ukraine insists on the need to move forward in the European integration process, even if Hungary continues to block decisions.Meanwhile, on September 30, the EU stated that partners want to open negotiation clusters for Ukraine without a unanimous vote, requiring only a qualified majority.
