Twenty-four settlements were left without electricity, and water supply was also disrupted. A fire broke out at the Luch substation following a series of explosions.Gladkov said emergency services had been deployed and that repair crews were “working around the clock.”According to the governor, the Belgorod region came under “10 shelling attacks and 22 drone strikes,” with a total of 31 munitions fired.
