A strike on a thermal power plant in Belgorod, Russia, has caused major power outages in the city and other settlements in Belgorod Oblast.

Details: Gladkov stated on Sunday evening that Ukrainian forces struck infrastructure, resulting in "quite significant disruptions to the electricity supply".

Details: Meduza, citing local Telegram channels, reported that street lighting went out on several streets in Belgorod, traffic lights stopped working, and many people became trapped in lifts.
Power was also partially lost in Stary Oskol, Shebekino and several other towns in the region.
Local Telegram channels noted that Ukrainian forces launched a missile strike on the Luch substation in Belgorod, and that electricity and water supply issues are being observed in other settlements as well.
