They are not aimed at any third party and are unrelated to the current international or regional situation," said the Chinese Ministry of Defense spokesperson.Serhiy Dzherdzh, head of the Ukraine – NATO public league and a politician, believes that while the West is still planning to boost its defenses, China and Russia may use NATO’s current instability to provoke the Alliance.
