The investigation established that he provided the Russians with important information about Ukrainian aviation, in particular the coordinates, flight schedules and tactics of aircraft, including F-16, Mirage 2000 and Su-24.He also prepared analytical materials for planning combined attacks to bypass Ukrainian defenses.In addition, he provided personal data of Ukrainian pilots.He used anonymous e-mail and encrypted chat rooms to communicate with Russian special services. The SBU documented his criminal activity and detained him while collecting new information.The man was charged under Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law).The perpetrator faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.Note: According to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subject to criminal punishment until his guilt is proven in accordance with the law and established by a court verdict.In June, the SBU detained a "mole" who was preparing an attack by the Russian Federation on the Ukrainian Neptune anti-ship complexes.
