Chairman of the Board of the Institute of World Policy Victor Shlinchak said this on Espreso TV."We are currently witnessing a swing. And all these fluctuations depend on Trump's psycho-emotional state, on how the White House is positioning itself at this moment, and whether he believes that the transfer of weapons will affect the so-called peace talks that are supposed to take place with Moscow," Shlinchak said. The Chairman of the Board of the Institute of World Policy also shared insider information about the negotiations with Russia."According to my information from sources in Washington, the only person who now insists on continuing the dialogue with Putin in the same mode as before is Steve Witkoff. He is focused on the commercial component of these relations and believes that Russia, for the sake of economic gain, will be able to stop the war, listen to Trump and start acting in a civilized manner - as required by various international treaties. But this is a big illusion," Shlinchak emphasized.President Donald Trump says that the United States will continue to supply weapons to Ukraine. The Pentagon has announced additional military aid.
