Two women were killed as Russian forces launched an artillery attack on the town of Kupiansk in Kharkiv Oblast with multiple-launch rocket systems on the morning of 13 April.

Details: The women were killed in the garden of a five-storey building.

The bombardment also set fire to structural parts of a garage covering an area of 10 m².
