Users report issues with bank card payments

Users with Mastercard bank cards are experiencing issues with payments through terminals and money transfers.
Source Downdetector Details Downdetectors data indicate that problems with Mastercard began around 940, and with Visa, around 1020.
Users in Ukraine have also noticed difficulties when making payments with bank cards.
Ukrainian bank PrivatBank, responding to a user query, stated they are addressing the issue.
Currently, some transactions may experience difficulties.
Our specialists are already working to resolve these issues, and we apologise for any temporary inconvenience, the bank said.
Ukrainian bank Monobank confirmed issues with Mastercard in response to a query.
As of now 1136 ed., we are aware of problems with Mastercards payment system.
This is causing difficulties with transfers, cancellations of transactions and card payments.
Unfortunately, issues are affecting many banks, Monobank said.
In response to an inquiry from Ekonomichna Pravda, Visa stated they have not detected any problems with transactions involving their bank cards.
