Ukraines Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has announced that the Russian attack on the city of Dnipro with an Oreshnik experimental ballistic missile will be discussed at the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe on Wednesday, 27 November.
Source Sybiha on X Twitter, as reported by European Pravda Details He noted that upon Ukraines urgent request, the OSCE will discuss Russias escalating use of intermediaterange ballistic missiles in its aggression against Ukraine at a special joint meeting of the Permanent Council and the Forum for Security Cooperation.

The OSCE remains one of the few panEuropean organisations where Russia retains membership.
However, since the organisation requires consensus for all decisions, Moscow continues to block any resolutions it opposes.
Background Earlier, reports indicated that due to Russias first use of an experimental ballistic missile, which the Russians named Oreshnik, a meeting of the NATOUkraine Council will take place on 26 November.
Sybiha stressed earlier that Kyiv hopes for concrete, meaningful results after the NATOUkraine Council.
At the same time, Olha Stefanishyna, Ukraines Deputy Prime Minister for European and EuroAtlantic Integration, noted that the meeting will focus on support for Ukraine in general.
