The Sviatoshynskyi District Court of Kyiv has extended the arrest of Oleksii Tandyr, the former head of the Makarivskyi Court of Kyiv Region, who last year knocked down and killed National Guard member Vadym Bondarenko at a checkpoint near Kyiv, for two months.
