Commander 'Darvin' with the 125th Separate Mechanized Brigade's 2nd Mechanized Battalion shared this on Espreso TV."The Kharkiv direction is very heterogeneous in terms of where the Russian forces are located and what goals they are pursuing. Overall, the enemy's plan is one and the same - accumulating forces in our rear, disrupting our supply lines, infiltrating the rear, and expanding the gray zone. This is how the Russians operate everywhere in general, and the Kharkiv direction is no exception. Regarding Kupiansk, the president has already shown what the situation actually looks like. Indeed, the situation in this direction looks much better than what the Russian servicemen report to their leadership. The Russians were in Kupiansk and in our relative rear areas. They were accumulating and dispersing there. However, we managed to disrupt the invaders' logistics, then by localizing the enemy in built-up areas, we gradually destroyed them," he said.According to the serviceman, the trend of constant Russian offensive actions persists in the Kharkiv region."Currently, there are several enemy groups in Kupiansk, but they no longer pose a major threat. So, there is no longer such a tense situation in Kupiansk. In other directions of the Kharkiv region, the trend of constant enemy offensive continues. However, I am convinced that we are capable of countering this with our own forces and means," he concluded.Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups have crossed the Haichul River and infiltrated the southeastern section of Huliaipole, escalating a deepening crisis that could compromise Ukraine's entire right-bank defense in the Zaporizhzhia region.
