The Russians killed one civilian and injured seven others in Donetsk and Kherson oblasts on 13 December.

Details: In particular, the Russians killed one resident of the city of Kostiantynivka in Donetsk Oblast.

Another four people in the oblast were injured over the day: two in Kostiantynivka and two in Krasnopodillia.

Meanwhile, in Kherson Oblast, three people were injured, including one woman whose car was attacked by a Russian UAV in the village of Chornobaiivka in the morning.

The authorities reported that Russian forces struck critical and social infrastructure in Kherson Oblast and residential areas of settlements across the oblast. In particular, an apartment building and three houses were damaged. The Russians also damaged a trolleybus line and a bus.
