Quote : "[Law enforcement officers] have carried out another evacuation of civilians from the city of Kupiansk, where intense fighting continues. This time, they managed to rescue four people who had remained for a long period in a dangerous area under constant attacks."
Details : Police explained that the evacuation became possible due to a "carefully planned special operation" conducted in several stages.
"One of the key stages was carried out under drone supervision, which monitored the situation and adjusted the route for the civilians' movement. This enabled them to reach the designated point safely, where a police armoured vehicle was already waiting," the website says.
Law enforcement officers added that the evacuation was conducted under heavy Russian fire. The civilians were taken out of the danger zone and brought to a safe location, where they were given shelter and first aid.
