Zelenskyy: European security guarantees for Ukraine almost agreed

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stated that the European partners within the Coalition of the Willing have almost finalised a package of security guarantees for Ukraine, but they have yet to clarify what actions they would take in the event of renewed Russian aggression.

Details: The president was asked whether he trusts the security guarantees that partners may provide and whether he believes they would act if necessary.
Zelenskyy began his response by noting that "we have no other partners".
Quote: "The strongest security guarantees we can get are from the US. Certainly, if they are not the Budapest Memorandum, not empty promises, but are legally binding, approved by the US Congress. That's what we are talking about. They are still positively inclined towards such a move.
And the European security guarantees, this is the Coalition of the Willing. In principle, they are already ready… Again, I emphasise, the main thing is what partners will be prepared to do in case of renewed Russian aggression. So far, I have not received an answer on this."
