Zelenskyy signs decree dismissing Yermak as head of President's Office

Zelenskyy announced this in a video address."There will be a reboot of the Ukrainian President's Office. The head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak, has submitted his resignation. I am grateful to Andriy that the Ukrainian position in the negotiation track has always been represented by him exactly as it should be. It has always been a patriotic position. But I want there to be no rumors or speculation... I want none of our partners to have any questions for Ukraine," the Ukrainian leader stated.Decree No. 868/2025, signed by the president, on the dismissal of Yermak, was published on the Presidential Office's website.Zelenskyy added that on November 29, he will hold consultations regarding the new head of the President's Office. In addition, the president mentioned the work of the government, specifically three key aspects, including the need to adopt the budget for 2026."That is, the ability of our state to defend itself, to ensure defense... I also expect candidacies for the ministers of energy and justice. The current ministers need to be evaluated in such a way as to draw absolutely clear conclusions: whether the current officials meet the challenges of this winter and this war," Zelenskyy explained.He added that he had a conversation with representatives of the SBU regarding the need to analyze the situation in the law enforcement system and the regions, as "there is a lot of negativity from the regions."On Friday, November 28, employees of NABU and SAPO conducted searches at the office of the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak.
