Details: The ministry reported that over 60,000 consumers are left without electricity in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. In Kharkiv Oblast, the attack has cut power to a further 10,000 users.
Energy workers are operating continuously to restore electricity supply as quickly as possible, the ministry stressed.
"We urge consumers to use electricity rationally throughout the day, especially during peak hours in the morning and evening, as this helps reduce the load on the system," the statement reads.
In addition, adverse weather conditions have caused power outages in 45 settlements in Lviv Oblast. The Ministry of Energy said all consumers without power are expected to be reconnected by the end of the day.
Background: On Monday 24 November, most regions of Ukraine will apply electricity outage schedules.
