Ukrainian air defence downs 125 Russian drones overnight; hits from 37 UAVs recorded

Russia launched an attack on Ukraine on the night of 23-24 November using 162 strike UAVs, 125 of which were destroyed by Ukrainian air defence forces.

Details: The Air Force said more than 80 of the Russian drones were Shahed UAVs.
The air attack was repelled by aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, as well as mobile fire groups from Ukraine's defence forces.
Early reports show that as of 09:00, air defence had shot down or jammed 125 Russian Shahed, Gerbera and other types of drones in Ukraine's north, south and east.
There were strikes recorded by 37 UAVs across 15 locations, as well as debris from a downed drone falling in another location.
Civilian infrastructure facilities and houses in Kharkiv, Chernihiv and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts suffered the most. Sadly, there were casualties among the civilian population.
