Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has addressed Ukrainians and said that a genuine plan must be based on guaranteed security and justice, referring to the US "peace plan".

Details: Zelenskyy also commented on the delegation led by Andrii Yermak, Head of the President's Office, saying its members "know how to protect Ukraine's national interests and what is needed to prevent Russia from launching a third invasion".
